The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them. The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The infant will play near the hold of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.~Isaiah 11:6-9, NIV
But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of the sea inform you. Which of these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind. ~ Job 12:7-10, NIV
All truth passes through three stages:
First, it is Ridiculed.
Second, it is Violently Opposed.
Third, it is Accepted as being Self-Evident.
~Arthur Schopenhauer
Centuries from now it will not matter about the house we lived in or how much money we made in a lifetime.....but the world may be better because we helped some of God's little animals on this earth during our time here. ~Unknown
Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened. ~Anatole France
